When we left Oregon for Idaho for the sole purpose of attending VCA our families thought we were crazy. But over the past four years as they have seen the blessing of the school, which is truly the best of both worlds, they now comment on how great it is that God brought us to VCA. Lisa and I knew that fully home schooling our kids was not in the cards, but have also seen the influences that come from full time public school we knew that wasn’t an option either.
Then we found VCA.
Offering a curriculum, a teacher, and social interactions it allows our kids to have their independence. Having Wednesday and Friday home days allow us to be engaged parents that can supplement their learning as we go about our daily lives. One of the biggest blessings of VCA is the teachers. When they say that they partner with you, they mean in the academics but also in the spiritual nurturing that every child needs. It is a great feeling when you talk to past teachers and they mention that they are praying for your children. We came for the school and it has yet to disappoint us.
